Their selling strategy is simple but effective & proven by an extremely high closure rate, although some may argue that this figure is due to the quality & caliber of prospects. About the Role - Snap shot of a day - Your leads are all warm. The prospects have all generated their interest in your products and services. You will spend 100% of your time working with customers. Sales are viewed and conducted as a journey for the client. Common negatives or objections that plague the industry such as shopping around for the cheapest interest rate do not apply as their strategy and the quality and caliber of their clients renders this irrelevant. The Successful Candidate - The ideal candidate is a consultant that can assist the prospect on a journey to become a client. The consultant's main concern is their prospective-client, not the huge commission check that accompanies each sale. The successful candidate will be, easygoing with a customer first attitude, friendly but professional, well groomed, well spoken and has the ability to understand customers that may have a limited understanding of your industry and appreciate that they don't know as much as you do, about what your company does. Note: This position does not require the hard sell approach or a go for the jugular sales person, therefore if you have adopted this tact in the past this must be left and forgotten about. Candidates with finance, insurance time share or vehicle sales background are of interest but only if you have a track record in consultative selling What's on Offer - 50k salary. 160k OTE based on the average of the sales teams sales results/closure rate.
