Contracts Administrator
Our client is a well established Perth based home building company that has been operating for over 25 years in WA. Due to a renewed growth strategy they have created a number of new positions within the business.
Our client requires a Contracts Administrator with relevant new build experience to support there contracts administration and building teams.
Requirements for this role include but are not limited to:
- A strong background in Contracts Administration
- 4-5 yrs New Build Residential Experience
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Thorough knowledge of new construction methods
- You must be living in Australia
- You must have a valid visa, be an Australian Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident
