Working as part of this professional and experienced team, this role will see you managing CTP claims from registration to settlement. You will provide timely and effective service to enhance QBEs reputation and resolve claims in as timely and cost effective manner as possible.
Among other duties you will be responsible for reviewing Claim Forms for adequacy/completeness, undertaking appropriate research/investigation into claims being made as well as identifying and facilitating rehabilitation. You will identify and action potential recovery opportunities and negotiate in accordance with approved authorities.
To excel in this position you will be highly motivated and energetic team player and keen to hit the ground running. You will have solid claims management and insurance experience along with your superior oral and written communication skills. As well as having a proactive and empathetic customer service skills, you will also bring your negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
