This construction giant is a market leader in the delivery of multi disciplinary infrastructure projects with proven capabilities across the water, transportation and heavy engineering. As a result of a major project win a need has arisen for a number of highly competent and dynamic Senior Project Engineers to join its Victorian team.

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be the principal technical driver of site based activities, initially taking responsibility for the bulk earthworks associated with this large water infrastructure project, subsequently overseeing the construction of the water retaining structures. Playing a significant role with internal and external stake holders, you will ensure the effective performance of sub contractors, resolve quality and scheduling issues and regularly update management on the project's progress.

This role represents an opportunity to join a company that will actively develop you into a Project Manager. You must possess experience in major civil projects and demonstrate leadership capabilities and the capacity to achieve project outcomes. A tertiary qualification in civil engineering is essential, a background in bulk earthworks will be held in high regard.
